Home Watch
Home Watch is a Seasonal Property Management Service for Private Homeowners. We act as your personal caretaker while you are away for extended periods.
We will make regular inspections of your home while you are away as often as you like to ensure that it is secure and properly maintained.
Home Watch Service includes the following:
* Regularly scheduled site visits and visual inspections of your home, inside and out
* Check mailbox
* Remove all fliers, brochures and newspapers
* Check the security and condition of all exterior doors, windows and screens
* Check every room in the home including closets
* Check for unusual odors
* Check for the presence of insects, pests and rodents and remove any found
* Check interior and exterior lighting
(set timers and replace light bulbs)
* Check air conditioning for proper operation

(temperature, humidity and drainage)
* Change air conditioning filters if needed

* Check ceilings for stains and obvious water leaks
* Check all plumbing
(faucets, drains, garbage disposal, under all sinks, showers, tubs, toilets,
hot water heater and washing machine connection)
* Check for leaks, mold, mildew and other damage
* Check circuit breaker panel for tripped breakers and high heat
* Check all smoke detectors
* Check all appliances
* Check telephone lines for dial tone
* Check any outside storage closets
* Check patios and decks
* Check the security of sunshades and shutters
* Report any property issues immediately to the homeowner
* Document property related issues with photographs
Pool & Spa Maintenance
No need to hire a pool service.
Home Watch Service Agreements can be modified to include regular pool maintenance including chemical balancing, vacuuming, leaf and debris removal, skimmer and filter maintenance.
Landscape Maintenance
Our landscaping team will care for your lawn and landscaping
with the highest degree of expertise.
We will provide regular periodic maintenance of your lawn, shrubs and palms including cutting, trimming, edging, irrigation maintenance,
